Our Story
Table Rock Mobile Medicine started with a mission: increase the people of Boise & surrounding Treasure Valley’s access to healthcare. Brad Bigford, a nurse practitioner, was receiving a lot of calls from friends and family members asking him to go see their sick family members. He’d go over to their house, evaluate the patient and make suggestions. Parents would ask if he could treat them at home instead of having to go into a clinic with a sick child. Brad wondered how many other people would be interested in an urgent care house call service. The response was astounding.
Table Rock opened it’s in April 2016. It started with a small budget but large ambitions. Our goal is to remove all barriers to healthcare access for people. If the patient doesn’t have health insurance, we offer a 50% self-pay discount. If the patient works long hours, we are open on evenings and weekends. And if the patient doesn’t want to load up their family either because they are sick or just don’t want the hassle, we’ll go to them.
Bradley Bigford, NP
Service Area: Boise, Eagle, Garden City, Hidden Springs, Middleton, Star
Brad was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He grew up in Kent, WA and moved to Troy, ID in high school. He moved to Boise in 2002 and graduated with a nursing degree from Boise State University in 2006.
Before Brad became a nurse practitioner, he worked as a nurse for 6 years with St. Alphonsus and St. Luke’s in orthopaedics, telemetry and post anesthesia care unit (PACU). Brad graduated from Gonzaga University Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Brad has worked in a variety of settings as a nurse practitioner including a family practice/urgent care and in corrections.
Brad is married with two children, Nora & Alexander. Brad’s wife, Nancy, has worked as a nurse for 14 years at a large local hospital. They enjoy traveling and doing activities with their very active children.
Kayla Salcido, NP
Service Area: Nampa, Kuna & Meridian
Kayla is a Nampa native. With her husband, Luke and a house with 5 children they have a busy house with the “Salcido Seven”. Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, visiting friends, camping, recreation, and traveling.
She graduated from BSU in 2010 and NNU in 2018. She has experience in family medicine and has special interests in reproductive health, women's health, and pediatric care. She hopes to serve on short term missions; locally and abroad to impact the health of her home community and the world.
Jessica Ahlers, NP
Service Area: Boise, Eagle, Garden City, & Meridian
Jessica has worked as a nurse practitioner for the last two years in urgent care. Originally from Coeur d’Alene, ID she earned her Bachelor of Science from BSU in 2013, Bachelor of Nursing from ISU in 2016, and Master’s of Science Nursing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2020.
Jessica and her husband enjoy traveling and Formula 1. She is Team Ferrari!

We are not a replacement for an ambulance. We are a mobile urgent care servicing Boise and the surrounding areas. If your issue is a medical emergency, pick up the phone and dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
We are not equipped to treat chest pain/pressure, shortness of breath, weakness, eye injuries, uncontrolled bleeding, severe abdominal pain, altered mental status, head injuries, etc.
