Medication Follow-up
For those visits when you’re out of town, need a one-time medication refill for blood pressure, anti-depressants, asthma/allergy and can’t get into your PCP.
Sinus Infections
When you’re having sinus pain/pressure, nasal drainage and congestion. We can help with evidence-based options.
Rashes/Skin Conditions
Bug bites, Cold Sores, Diaper Rash, Eczema, Lice, Poison Ivy, Ringworm, Shingles, Sunburn & more
Birth Control
Schedule online with Joslyn or Kayla to discuss various contraceptive options. These can also be used to treat acne.
Urinary Tract Infections
We can treat non-pregnant women between ages 18-65. Most women do not need a urinalysis for simple UTIs.
Bug Bites & Lice
Various insects in Idaho can leave distinct markings (ticks, swimmer’s itch, bed bugs)

We offer mobile urgent care house calls for issues not appropriate for a telehealth visit. Do not book for a telehealth visit including:

Ear pain
Sore throat

Nausea/Vomiting

Anyone < 18 or > 55 years old

How is billing done?
Billing is the same as any clinic. We can bill your insurance or we offer a 50% self-pay discount if paid in full at the time of the visit.
What platform do you use?
Zoom, FaceTime or any platform of your choice that is HIPAA compliant
How do I join the meeting?
In your confirmation email and calendar invite, there is a Zoom meeting link.
Is it HIPAA secure?
Zoom, Facetime and other personal video conferencing applications meet all the HIPAA compliance regulations
Do I download anything?
Zoom & FaceTime can be used on a browser or their app.
What device can I use?
The visit can be done on almost any device including a PC, Mac, iPhone/iPad or Android.

Medical Emergencies
We are not a replacement for an ambulance. We are a mobile urgent care servicing Boise and the surrounding areas. If your issue is a medical emergency, pick up the phone and dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
We are not equipped to treat chest pain/pressure, shortness of breath, weakness, eye injuries, uncontrolled bleeding, severe abdominal pain, altered mental status, head injuries, etc.
