Copay Due At Time Of Visit
Insurance rate is the same as any urgent care. All in-home IV fluids require a $75 fee, in addition to the patient's copay and insurance billing.

New Patient: $126-$250*
Established Patient: $102.50-$205*
50% off the total bill if paid in full at time of service

Pricing FAQ

The cost for a house call is the same rate as any standard urgent care visit during regular office hours. There is no additional fees for mileage or convince. If it is after-hours, there is an $200 required prior to the appointment. All in-home IV fluids require a $75 fee, in addition to the patient's copay and insurance billing.

Depending on your plan, you may have an office visit copay. If you want to use the self-pay option, to receive the 50% discount you must pay in full at the time of the visit.

We accept cash, personal check, debit/credit/HSA cards & Venmo.

We offer a 50% self-pay discount if it is paid in full at the time of the appointment. Cost is based on many things like complexity and if we do any tests.

Medical Emergencies
We are not a replacement for an ambulance. We are a mobile urgent care servicing Boise and the surrounding areas. If your issue is a medical emergency, pick up the phone and dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
We are not equipped to treat chest pain/pressure, shortness of breath, weakness, eye injuries, uncontrolled bleeding, severe abdominal pain, altered mental status, head injuries, etc.
