Table Rock is able to perform a variety of procedures in your home in Boise, Idaho. We can do the same procedures you’d receive in a traditional urgent care clinic: IV fluids, stitches for lacerations, ingrown toenail removal, wart freezing, splinting broken bones, blood testing, medication injections, removing foreign objects, ear cleanings and more.

We carry a variety of rapid tests to our mobile urgent care visits in people’s homes in Boise Idaho. We have a certification called a “CLIA Waiver” that allows us to do: Rapid COVID-19, Rapid Influenza A&B, Rapid RSV, Rapid Strep, Urine Testing

We treat a variety of conditions you’d normally go into a walk-in urgent care clinic in Boise, Idaho for from ear infections, strep throat, sinus infections and more.

We are certified family nurse practitioners. We treat children 6 months+ old and adults of any age in Boise. IV fluids is only for adults.

We can diagnose and treat many different conditions. If there is something that needs a prescription then our nurse practitioners can send it electronically right at the visit to your pharmacy in Boise or surrounding area.

There are companies out there who go into these facilities. We do not go into any type of skilled nursing facility. Our focus is primarily on services in people’s private homes in Boise and the surrounding area.

If you prefer a traditional clinic we have that too! We’re located at 1111 S. Orchard St., Ste 251 Boise, ID 83705 by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. We also offer a mobile clinic van that can meet you anywhere within our service area.

We can order imaging tests right at the visit and have you scheduled for one that same day but we currently do not offer imaging services in your home.
